🎬 Building your Talent Map: How to add the calibration prompt to your Metaview knowledge

Here’s a quick step-by-step recap on how to run your talent map calibration in Metaview, then, save it to your Metaview knowledge for repeat use.

  1. Open Metaview Sourcing and click Knowledge (book icon)
  2. Choose Personal (visible only for yourself) or Workspace (visible for your whole team)
  3. Click Add New
  4. When to use: Use this when calibration is requested
  5. What to do: paste in the entire prompt
  6. Press Create
  7. In a new search, type: Let's calibrate: followed by your role context. Metaview will then guide you the entire way.

Remember: we need to give Metaview as much context as possible in order for the agent to truly understand your requirements. When calibrating, also add in your Metaview conversations: the kick off call, any feedback sessions, hiring rubric, etc. Real evidence beats a well-built prompt every time.
